In accordance with Article 4, Section 4.1 of the Bylaws, the Westmont Maintenance Homeowners Association hereby gives notice of an Annual Meeting of the Members is scheduled for February 22, 2024 at 6:30 PM at the Colleyville Center- 5301 Riverwalk Dr., Colleyville, TX 76034.
The Association is non- profit corporation and as such is required to hold an annual meeting under the laws of the State of Texas.
Meeting Topics To Include:
• 2023 Expenses & 2024 Budget Review
• Community Updates & Future Outlook
• Board Elections
The homeowners will elect two (2) homeowners to the Board of Directors as in accordance with the Bylaws recorded in Tarrant County.
Voting will be conducted via absentee ballot. During the meeting, you will have an opportunity to vote. Please review the timeline on page two for more details.
Should quorum fail to be met for the Annual Meeting, the Westmont Maintenance Homeowners Association will hold its Second annual meeting, as a self-governed association, on February 22, 2024 at the Colleyville Center. The meeting will be called to order at 6:35pm.
